if you’re keen, this is what she did 5 times a week to get it:

10 min treadmill warmup (walk to jog)

2 or 3 x 20 reps dumbell rows in squat position

2/3 x 20 reps squats

2/3 x 20…

I always found this interesting. Luckily, I was able to always have a lot of confidence in myself. I do however, find myself not sure anymore when I need to be confident in my own answers…if that makes any sense lol
